1. What Zvoxo is
Zvoxo is a general variety online store. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you by our fulfillment partner (CJ Dropshipping) from warehouses in the US, EU, and China. Product images are representative; minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur.
2. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping is included in the listed price (“free shipping”).
- Payment is by PayPal (including PayPal guest checkout with cards) at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once PayPal confirms payment.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors before shipping; if that happens, you’ll be offered a full refund or the corrected price — your choice.
3. Orders
- We may cancel or refuse any order (suspected fraud, supplier stock issues, pricing errors). Cancelled pre-shipment orders are refunded in full.
- You may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of ordering via support@zvoxo.com. After the order ships, the returns process applies instead.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. Make sure your address is correct — we’re not responsible for packages sent to an address you mistyped.

5. Returns and refunds

Don’t misuse the site: no fraud, no chargeback abuse, no scraping our catalog to resell, no attempting to break the site. We may suspend accounts that do.

All Zvoxo branding, text, and design are owned by 2641827 ALBERTA INC DBA ZVOXO. Product images belong to their respective suppliers/manufacturers. Nothing here grants you rights to our brand assets.
8. Disclaimers and liability
- Products are provided “as is.” We don’t make medical, safety, or professional claims about products — always follow manufacturer instructions.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law (including US state laws and, for Canadian customers, provincial consumer protection legislation).
9. Disputes
Please contact support@zvoxo.com first — we resolve most issues within 24 hours, and it’s faster than a chargeback for everyone. If we can’t resolve it, disputes are governed by the laws of [PROVINCE/STATE], [COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
